We love good food in Knappenstöckl!
Therefore, we rely on fresh, seasonal, and regional foods, of which Seewinkel has much to offer: sun-ripened vegetables, organic beef from the National Park, fish from Neusiedl Lake, and wild game from the castle’s hunting grounds.
All this is prepared by Adam Volalik, our chef, in traditional Pannonian style as well as classic regional dishes.
We recommend the excellent wines from the chateau’s winery as well as from the best winemakers in the area.
